Visable Progress

This property was extensively water damaged due to a water tank bursting in the loft area; gallons of water cascaded down for days and affected the whole building.
Midland Chem-Dry managed to dry all areas back to pre-loss in five days, thanks to the A.D.S 3000.
Air from within the building is drawn via a filter through a desiccant dehumidifier; this reduces its relative humidity.
The dried air is ducted around the building through the attached hoses. Some of the filtered air is heated by propane gas to regenerate the dehumidifier. High capacity fans draw the regenerated air, mixed with more of the gas-heated air, through a heat exchanger; extracting heat, the cooled air is passed through ducting to the outside air.
Fans also draw cool air from outside through ducting; this collects heat from the heat exchanger and is mixed with the dry air to be ducted around the building.
Hot and cold air mixing actuators are all controlled by 5 small computers to ensure operation is to the required humidity and temperature settings.
