Midland Chem-Dry can now provide an exclusive new drying system throughout the UK which can dramatically cut the time required to dry water damaged properties.
The Concept ADS 3000 advanced drying system is a high capacity, portable, building drying machine which is sited entirely within the building. It has the following advantages:
• Low energy output of 15-35 Kilowatts
• A fully controlled drying environment
• Small enough to install in both domestic and commercial properties
• Properties dry within days rather than in weeks
• Reduced re-housing costs
Cost: The drying cost is just £840.00 + VAT per day which is currently capped for domestic properties at 5 days. This means properties are dry for £4200 + VAT.
Price Includes: Preparation / Installation / Gas Hire / Daily Monitoring and Moister Readings / Air Movement Hire.
